Before You Want To Exchange a adityajewel.com Product , Please Understand Our Products Are Handcrafted By Traditional Methods So Each Product Is Unique And Slightly Different From Each Other. The Stones And Stone Colours Or Polish Colour  May Slightly Vary In Actual And In Photographs. All Our Products Go Through Quality Control Before Shipping.

Returns & Exchange Will Only Be Accepted If Your Order Is Damaged In Transit Or You Have Received The Wrong Product. And You May Return Them Exactly The Way In Which They Were Received (i.e. Unworn,With Tag , With Original Packaging)

Note : If The Tags Are Removed It Will Be Considered That The Product Is Used And Will Not Be Accepted For Exchange.

For Minor Colour And Design Variations In The Products From The Photographs Shared On The Website Would Not Be Eligible For A Exchange.

(We Have Delivery Details Of All Parcles With Time Of Delivery So If You Inform Us After 24 hours Of Receipt Of Order Then Your Order Is Not Eligible For Exchange)

Step 2 : Pack The Product Wel in Same Condition You Received With Tag With Original Packaging ..

Step 3 : Send Parcle To Aditya Art Jewellery Office On Given Address .

Step 4 : You Will Get Same Design Product We Will Give you Other Piece You Can Not Exchange The Design

Step 5 : Exchange Will Only Be Made After We Receive The Shipment In Its Original Packaging.

  • We Are Not Responsible For Lost Or Damaged Packages .
  • If We Do Not Have Same Design Product In Stock Then Only We Can Refund The 100% Amount
  • This Process May Take 5 to 7 Working Days For Technical Process .
  • The Money Would Be Refunded Through The Same Payment Gateway Selected By You.
  • Refunds Will Not Be Eligible If Customers Gives Wrong Delivery Address Or Do Not Accept Parcle When Courier Person Comes .
